Regranulation lines are the most common type of extrusion lines that BOCO manufactures. By connecting our DGM crushing technology, we then offer complete solutions for recycling with wide application in the field of reducing ecological footprint and supporting the circular economy.

Recycling Line (Shredding + Regranulation)

BOCO recycling lines offer complete recycling solutions for a wide variety of materials. The combination of shredding and regranulation provides a comprehensive recycling system designed to reduce environmental impact and support the circular economy.

Water Ring Regranulation

Water ring regranulation is the most common and user-friendly type of regranulation line. Our RL135 and RL235 lines offer broad applicability depending on the type of processed materials and, thanks to a high level of automation, require minimal operation and maintenance.

Strand Regranulation Line

In this technology, the strands are cut at the end of the line after being cooled in a water bath. Unlike water ring regranulation, the strand line is also suitable for processing glass-fiber-reinforced materials as well as polyamides.

Underwater Regranulation

This granulation technology from BKG offers universal use, even for materials with a high MFI.

Můžu nakupovat i produkty, které nejsou skladem?

Samozřejmě, v tom případě se bude jednat o zakázkovou výrobu s termínem dodání cca 3 týdny.

Dodáváte i do zahraničí?
