We used to use older single-screw extruders in our company Capacco. Their biggest disadvantage was high energy demand and the need of absolutely dry input material. We had to pre-dry it, which was very costly and it even increased energy consumption disproportionately.
The new extruder that was supplied by the company BOCO PARDUBICE machines, s.r.o. has an integrated drier and degassing of the barrel.

We have cooperated with company BOCO PARDUBICE machines, s.r.o. since 2007. Our cooperation has been based on renovations of wear spare parts of extrusion machines and supply of new parts, mainly plastics screws and barrels.
The companies JUTA a.s. and BOCO PARDUBICE have cooperated for many years. BOCO PARDUBICE is currently the main supplier of the screws, barrels, flat extrusion dies, spiral switchboards, etc. JUTA a.s. has verified in practice the professional approach of all employees of BOCO PARDUBICE when solving various issues in the field of extrusion processing of plastic materials.
Already several years ago, we used the company BOCO PARDUBICE as a quick service provider for hardfacing screws and barrels on our machines. About 10 years ago, we approached them to supply us with a new extruder, on which we could carry out the development of optimization of ground recycled PVC.
In the last century we worked with company BOCO PARDUBICE on repairing screws and barrels for our extrusion machines. The oldest machine from the BOCO company had been working constantly for more than 10 years in full satisfaction and the company bought it from us some time ago in the formo f trade-ins for a new extruder. Between those long years we had bulit and put into operation 6 extruders in cooperation with the company BOCO.
