More than 25 years of experience with the production of extruders has given us the know-how to develop standardized extrusion lines, which we always fine-tune exactly according to the wishes and requirements of the customer.

Premium quality of components and steel

European quality of components used such as motor, gearbox, and electrical equipment. Premium steel with long service life used for the frame, screw, or barrel.

In-house production

Own production of mechanical components (frame, screw, barrel, tools) and complete assembly of the extruder under our roof. Come visit us, we are happy to show you.

Own geometry design

Enables the design of each screw individually tailored to the needs of the specific customer.

Examples of Production Lines

Examples of standardized extrusion lines can be found below. These solutions have already proven themselves in practice, and we can offer significant know-how in the use of these technologies in production. However, a major part of our production consists of custom extrusion lines built according to the wishes and needs of our customers.

Profile Extrusion Line

Single- or multi-layer versions of various profile types made from a wide range of thermoplastic materials such as PP, PE, LDPE, HDPE, PVC, PA, TPV, TPE.

3D Filament Extrusion Line

A standardized line for filament extrusion for 3D printing. The line speed is approximately 80 m/min. The most commonly processed materials are PLA and PET-G. More information can be found in the technical data sheet below.

Cable Production Line

Complete cable production lines are built in cooperation with the Czech manufacturer CABMAT.

Tube Extrusion Line

The most common use for these lines is the production of medical (mostly transfusion) tubes. Through development with several leading manufacturers of these tubes, we have had the opportunity to produce a number of these lines and further refine this production technology.

Compounding Lines

Laboratory versions of these lines allow testing the processability of various material types and evaluating the chemical and mechanical property requirements of products. Large-scale production versions of these lines can build on the results obtained from laboratory compounders and achieve outputs of up to 3000 kg/h.

Flat Film Extrusion Line

Flat film extrusion through a flat die is a well-known technology for us, mainly thanks to extensive cooperation with the Czech manufacturer JUTA, to whom we have supplied several extruders and flat dies. Our own flat die design represents one of the highest added values within this technology.

Můžu nakupovat i produkty, které nejsou skladem?

Samozřejmě, v tom případě se bude jednat o zakázkovou výrobu s termínem dodání cca 3 týdny.

Dodáváte i do zahraničí?
