Extrusion Screws

We manufacture screws for all types of extrusion and processed materials. Depending on the type of steel used and the subsequent surface treatment, the screws are divided as follows:

Nitrided screws – for processing non-abrasive materials

Hardened screws (CPM) – for processing abrasive and erosive materials

Armored screws EXTRA – for processing abrasive materials

Armored screws EXTREM – for processing extremely abrasive materials

Injection Screws

We manufacture screws for all types of injection-molded materials. Depending on the type of steel used and the subsequent surface treatment, the screws are divided as follows:

Nitrided screws – without glass

Hardened screws EXTRA – up to 35% glass

Hardened screws – up to 65% glass

Hardened screws CPM – for abrasive and erosive (flame-retardant) materials

RSP

We manufacture non-return valves for all types of injection-molded materials. Depending on the type of steel used and the subsequent surface treatment, the RSPs are divided as follows:

Nitrided RSP – without glass

Hardened RSP – glass up to 65%

Hardened RSP CPM – for abrasive and erosive (flame-retardant) materials

Samozřejmě, v tom případě se bude jednat o zakázkovou výrobu s termínem dodání cca 3 týdny.

Dodáváte i do zahraničí?
